What Being Stuck in a Van for 16+ Hours with my Team Taught Me
Because Oddball Leadership shows up beyond the board room.
I recently got back from a road trip with my team:
Eight hours to Omaha.
Another 90 minutes to a farm in rural Iowa.
Eight hours home.
Even if you love your team with all your might, that much time in forced proximity with co-workers will humble anybody.
But that's totally fine — because this kind of experience becomes a level-setter in the most human way.
